For Clients Abroad

Your matters in Pakistan. Handled with the same care — wherever you live.

We act for overseas Pakistanis across the Gulf, the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe and Australia who need trusted representation back home — without being able to appear in person.

The Problem

Why overseas Pakistanis need a different kind of legal partner

From abroad, most people have no practical choice but to rely on relatives or informal "agents" back home. Many mean well but have no legal knowledge; some act against the very interests they were trusted with. That is how a straightforward matter becomes a prolonged and costly dispute — usually discovered far too late.

Illegal possession & fraudulent sale

Property sold or transferred using forged documents and impersonated sellers while the owner is thousands of miles away.

Land grabbing in your absence

Plots and agricultural land quietly occupied, boundaries shifted, or revenue records altered before anyone informs you.

Inheritance & succession disputes

Estates distributed without your share, or relatives obstructing succession certificates and mutation of inherited property.

Power of Attorney abuse

A POA is a powerful instrument — and one of the most frequently misused documents against overseas Pakistanis, especially when drafted loosely for a relative or informal agent.

Cross-border family matters

Custody, maintenance and nikahnama enforcement in long-distance marriages, where hearings and service of process span two countries.

Our Process

How we work with clients abroad

  1. 01

    Direct partner access

Your matter is handled by a partner — not passed down to a junior clerk you have never spoken to.

  2. 02

    Scheduled video consultations

Conferences set at a time that works across your time zone, whether you are in the Gulf, the UK, the US, Europe or Australia.

  3. 03

    Regular updates — not silence

Case updates by WhatsApp and email, with court orders and filings shared as they happen rather than months later.

  4. 04

    Power of Attorney done properly

Drafted narrowly and correctly, with guidance on attestation at the Pakistani embassy or consulate in your country of residence and registration in Pakistan — closing the single most common route to exploitation.

  5. 05

    Transparent fees, agreed in writing

Scope and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. No surprise costs and no open-ended billing.

  6. 06

    Secure documents & independent verification

Documents shared digitally are handled securely, and property records are independently verified through official government portals before any transaction proceeds.

  7. 07

    Overseas Pakistanis Property Act 2025

We use the Act's fast-track tribunal system, which resolves overseas property disputes far more quickly and makes illegal occupation or fraudulent sale of an overseas Pakistani's property a criminal offence — a real, current protection we can invoke on your behalf.

Questions

Before you instruct us

Do I need to travel to Pakistan?
In most cases, no. Matters can be filed, defended and progressed through a properly executed Power of Attorney together with remote consultation. We will tell you honestly in the rare situation where your personal appearance is genuinely required.
How do I know my Power of Attorney won't be misused?
Because we draft and safeguard it rather than leaving it to an informal agent. The POA is limited to defined acts, held and exercised professionally, attested through the correct consular channel, and revoked cleanly when the matter concludes.
How will I know what's happening with my case?
You receive scheduled updates after every material step — hearings, orders, filings — by WhatsApp and email, with documents attached. If a date is adjourned, you hear it from us, not from a relative.
